About Marcus

A facilitator your team will trust

I am Marcus Jones, a breathwork facilitator who works with corporate teams across the UK. I specialise in working with people who are under sustained pressure: in back-to-back meetings, managing teams, delivering results in high-stakes environments.

My work is grounded in the physiology of the nervous system, not in spirituality or belief. It works because the body responds to breath regardless of whether you think it will. That is exactly why it lands in corporate environments where other wellbeing initiatives do not.

I have delivered sessions for teams ranging from 8 to 200+ people, across tech, financial services, professional services, and retail. The thing I hear most often is: "I did not expect to feel that in a meeting room."

Common Questions

Does the team need any experience or preparation?
None at all. Sessions are designed to work on complete beginners and sceptics. The only thing I ask is that people come with an open enough mind to try. The body does the rest.
How is this different from mindfulness or meditation?
Mindfulness asks you to observe your thoughts. Breathwork directly changes your physiology. It shifts the nervous system out of a stress state through specific breathing patterns. It is more active, more immediate, and tends to work on people who have never taken to meditation.
What do you need from us to run a session?
For in-person: a room big enough for people to sit or lie comfortably, yoga mats or chairs, and a sound system. For virtual: a video link and a request for people to find somewhere undisturbed.
Can you run sessions for large teams?
Yes. I have run sessions for groups ranging from 8 to 200+ people. The experience adapts to the group size while maintaining the same depth of impact.
What does an ongoing programme look like?
